I have been involved in research works since my university days. I have acquired extensive practical experience both in corporate and non-profit organisations and a sound understanding of current issues on human rights and business. I conducted researches on market trends and assessed critical issues before producing the conference programs. I also identified and engaged local and overseas speakers to meet tight deadlines within given budgets, as well as the planning for the publicity approaches on the conferences designed.
In addition to my studies and work experience, I also offer a wealth of experienced gained through my extensive overseas assignments. This has proven myself as a self-disciplined person, always delivered timely and accurate results even under stressful situations. My ability to speak and write English fluently, combined with Malay and Mandarin, has proved a tremendous asset during my travels when communicating with people from different countries.
