Mayuran has a Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a BSc in Business Management & E-Commerce in addition to 12 years of actual work experience and 5 of that in Training & Development industry. In his years of being in the job market, Mayuran has been in the manufacturing, sales & marketing, event management, contact center, (Business Process Outsourcing) BPO, Banking, and Automotive industries.
He is a dynamic, enthusiastic and energetic trainer and believes in working with the cultures of his clients and yet is able to challenge appropriately and sensitively. Additionally, Mayuran is able to train, facilitate, and offer consultancy advice to support increased knowledge, skills and understanding related to all aspects of people development.
Having a keen eye and a passion for people development and learning, He excels in programs dealing with Sales, Customer Service, Leadership, Self-awareness, Team Building, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills and Creative Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills.
Mayuran’s expertise in training was developed through his extensive corporate exposure and working in various job functions and leading and managing different teams. He has gone through many exciting and challenging experiences in life such as enduring sarcastic and abusive customers that would turn most people off. Over his many years of working with people, he has sharpened his interactive, inter-personal communication skills, selling skills, negotiation skills, handling objections and relationship building skills.
Mayuran has also been involved in many different types of projects ranging from Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ISO 9001 to 5S. He has conducted various development training and experiential work from Team Performance, Personal Development, Communications, Customer Service, Sales and Presentation Skills.
