5. Prepares and executes Project Financial Plan, and monitors its implementation.

OPERATION DUTIES:
1. Develops and implements on-site environment, health, and safety protocols and procedures, in accordance with general policies and regulatory requirements.
2. Monitors and inspects fire, safety, and environmental equipment and facilities for serviceability and compliance with established regulations, policies, and standards.
3. Develops and implements on-site safety, environment, and/or emergency management programs designed to respond to individual situations and to improve overall safety conditions.
4. Ensures compliance to the quality requirements as per the contract and Codes of Practices for all the documentation and practices throughout the project, right from engineering and design stage following the contract of tenders.
5. Prepares and executes Project Quality Plan, and monitors its implementation.
6. Liaises/coordinates with the client and subcontractors on quality issues .
7. Reviews and comments on subcontractor quality documentation.
8. Promotes clear and concise communication between all parties to improve project quality and promotes measures to prevent quality problems.
9. Prepares weekly and monthly QA/QC report for inclusion in client’s report.
10. Reviews internal weekly project performing tracking reports detailing daily QC and inspections activities.
