Summary of Job description:

• 2+ yrs development experience with hand-coding advanced HTML, CSS, DHTML and JavaScript/ VB Script
• Experience working within a team environment
• Substantial experience with client service.
• Proficiency with Cross Browser, Cross Platform issues, DOM and W3C (WEB STANDARD)
• Experience working in a Mac/PC environment
• An excellent ability to deal with people at all levels & build trust & confidence with management and employees.

Specific Skill required:

• Design and development skills including analysis, design, coding, debugging, implementation and testing.
• Good communication skills including written and verbal.
• JAVA web-based development experience
• Experience with three or more of the following: Java Server Pages (JSP), Struts, Servlets, Enterprise Java Beans (EJB), JavaBeans, RMI, JDBC
• Experience with one or more of the ff: Apache Tomcat aplication server
• Expereince working with HTML, XML, SXLT and SQL or MYSQL.
• High volume transactional systems.
• A strong team player who will develop team relations that foster both learning and excellence.
