A new specialty bakery outlet is urgently requiring a freelance bakery consultant. The responsibilities of the freelance consultant is to:
- advice on menus and recipes for cakes, cookies, and bread
- advice on equipment requirements
- advice on food handling, baking consistency, and quality control
- teach cake decoration techniques
- supervise on initial production
- any other matters required in setting up and running of a bakery store

The consultant's tasks require a few hours of meeting with the client, flexible timing subject to negotiation.

Specific Skill required:
Currently/Past Pastry chef for hotel or restaurant or Experienced baker
