I need a PHP/Mysql programmer that is capable of implementing an Agent reservation system on the web. 6-8 tables into PHP admin, 5-8 forms, User must be able to edit, query, delete and update data. An entity relationship diagram will be given to the programmer. Dynamic comboboxes based on sql queries are essential in the online HTML forms. A user must be able to generate reports based on sql queries.


Specific Skill required:
PHP/Mysql/SQL/Dreamweaver/HTML/CSS/Javascript.
You must be strong on Html Forms and generating reports based on user inputs.
