Job/Project Title : Social Network/Community Portal Engine

Summary of Job description:
We are looking for team whom has experience in social network development and deployment. Example sites like multiply and Cyworld.

Community Core system – User profile and friends circles
Community modules – Blog, Vlog, club/forum, Wap, avatar (2D/3D), IM, Messenger, photos/album, Charging gateway (paypal, phone credit, credit card, egold etc, and also easy to accept other countries currency), point system, redemption system and affiliate system.
Admin panel – To control all the individual modules, site activities and statistics
All the Modules can be access by admin panel whether to enable it or disable it.
The Portal should be easy to deploy and support multi-lingual (apart from English)
Packages to Charge – easy to localised the packages (premium vs. free) and charging method and charging frequency

Support bilingual, development has to done with php/ mysql/ ajax

Please provide 2 options;
1. Development cost alone
2. Development cost + maintenance cost (Customisation and Localisation and hosting)


Specific Skill required:

1. Must have experience on similar industry and also reference of previous projects.
2. The solution proposed must be easy to setup and deployed to multiple countries.
3. Easy Customisation of SMS charging to be complaint with local government guidelines.
4. Delivery should not exceed 2 months period, from the date of confirmation.
5. All source code should be delivered as part of the project.
