Needs the following structure: Home (showing the 2 products), History, Awards, Contact Us, FAQs, Order Now.

Needs to be mostly HTML, Probably use flash for pictures. Use PHP for the contact form. (Probably a template that will be modified)

Needs to support multiple languages, starting with French and English.

Needs to be easy to maintain, to add or change text or new items to the navigation menu.

Reporting capabilities should be available.

Site should be referenced in main search engines.

Details:

Home Page: Will be very graphical and contain basic information about the two products that will be offered on the web site. With links to a each product page where more details about the product are provided.

Site will be multilanguage and user will be able to select either from the home page or any other page to change the language. He will land in the same page he clicked to change the language. Once a language is selected all the user experience should be in that language.

A link to Order Now will be available. Order now will be the same page as Product detailed Page

Products Detailed Page: will be split in two vertically and contain a Close Up picture of the product with all detailed information about each of them. Link to add to the "My shopping cart". With ability to select number of bottles.

Link to view "my shopping cart" should be visible

Also "tell a friend" function should be available

Reviews:
The detailed product pages will contain the customer reviews. Review section should be exactly the same and contain the same feature as the reviews in www.amazon.com Customers will be able to post a review. Customer can choose between 1 and 5 start rating and a free text field to write their review. Review will be published upon Webmaster approval. Also by default customers will see reviews only in the language they are browsing (ie. English or French) with an option to "see reviews in all languages"


History Page: Page with text and some pictures. Only for information purposes

FAQ's: An FAQ's section will be available only text page.

Awards: Similar to the History page a mix page between text and pictures

Contact Us: Will provide both an online form and an email address link.

Shopping cart workflow: This is the most important section of the site.

From the product detailed page user will have a shopping cart that will be accessible from any page and will show the content of the selected products

Once the user select the number of units desired and validate it. He will be taken to the shopping cart workflow.

1. Select of product and quantity (product detailed page)
2. Review and validate order
   The following fields should be available
   
   • Product Description
   • Quantity (ability for users to modify quantity)
   • Price (Unit)
   • Total Order price (calculated automatically)
   • Shipping costs (a table that map shipping cost and country will be provided)
   • Promotional code should capability should be present
   • Ability to go to proceed to check out or continue shopping (all in a logical workflow)
     
     
3. Select between the following options
   
   • I am a returning customer
   • I am a new customer
   • Shopping without customer registration
   
   
4. Payment methods could be:
   
   • In advance: If user selects this option and validates an unique order number will be generated a confirmation screen and an email will be sent with the payment instructions
   • Paypal (credit cards): If user selects this option then the system will interface with paypal payment method. www.paypal.com

Other Requirements (to be discussed):

1) site should be integrated to an inventory stock management software (quickbooks)
2) product picture should change is product is out of stock
3) ability for user to be informed (via email) once product is available
