Summary of Job description:
Requirements -2-3 years of related experience (as an account, project and/or resource manager) preferably in an advertising agency, marketing or consulting environment
-Have managed and tracked projects from initiation through final completion/evaluation
-Proven record of successful implementation of various projects preferably in both interactive and traditional media
-Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or Project Management
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Microsoft Project, & Outlook
-Strong attention to detail, able to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
-Excellent people and relationship skills, desire to build relationships with agency groups and clients
-Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
-Demonstrate leadership abilities (able to lead a team, motivate, and foster a team environment, inspiring team to collaboratively do great work for our clients)
-Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
-Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and still meet deadlines
-Demonstrate work-hours flexibility when facing deadlines
