Description

We're seeking an energetic, effervescent, hands-on specialist to develop and foster client business relationships. As a Sr. Sales and Marketing Specialist, this professional will provide a high level of impeccable customer attention to existing and potential Abidian clients throughout the world.

This sales and marketing professional will be a key member of the Abidian Team setting strategy and marketing direction. They must have strong sales, analytical, and enthusiastic interpersonal skills with an entrepreneurial flair to help manage Abidian's marketing efforts.

Location

Given the ability to make telephone sales calls and e-mail/web access, this job may be well-suited for someone who would prefer to work from home. The successful applicant need not reside in either of our locations in Montgomery, AL or Florence, SC.

Compensation

As a sales and marketing specialist, you will earn 10% commission on all workshop, kaizen, and in-plant consulting services initiated by you and provided by the Company. For the right mix of skills and enthusiasm, compensation should exceed $100,000+ a year.

Citizenship Requirements

The following are eligible for employment with Abidian within the United States:

Applicants for U.S. positions must be a U.S. citizen or national, or an alien admitted as permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or temporary resident.

Individuals with temporary visas are not eligible for U.S. employment.

Specific Skill required:
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with sales and marketing concentration will be a huge advantage
• Exceptional customer service, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills are a must
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Productive Maintenance/Manufacturing a plus
• Ability to provide strong sales and marketing leadership including the development of new cleints/programs is critical
