Specific Skill required:
1.Graduate
2.Should understand the dynamics on Inbound Call Centre Metrics.
3.Minimum 2 yrs in BPO and 1 year relevant experience.
4.Must have relevant Knowledge of the MIS function.
5.Good analytical abilities.
6.Experience in handling a Scheduling software.
