Hourly rate: $ 18- $ 20
Contract position
3 yrs prior experience as "floor technician"
Experience needed in both hardware and software field......

Specific Skill required:

• A+ certification needed
• experience in using a ticketing system, hardware/software installation & maintenance, repair, recovery, upgradation and replacement a must.
• Experince of Trouble shooting network connectivity is needed and also back-up & recovery of files
• working knowledge of Windows Office, OutLook, Powerpoint, Excel, Windows 2000, 2003 O/S, windows XP and Office suit.
• Customer service experience would be preferable
• Hands on experience in the areas of pc, laptops, printers, switches, cable dressing etc
• Previous experience in the telecomm field as a pc tech or help desk would be appreciated
