Summary of Job description:
Our client is a diversified company with its core business is trading and having a strong presence in the construction hardware and industrial equipment segments in UAE. Representing internationally reputed product lines most of which have high market share in the Middle East.

With a view to developing and expanding their distribution network, they require the service of a Sales Manager for their Distribution division, which sells internationally reputed brands of Construction and Household products.

- The role requires a mature individual below 45 years of age, backed by professional qualifications in Marketing, coupled with at least 5 years of proven experience in a similar trade at a senior executive position.
- Prior experience in handling a distributor network would carry a distinct advantage.
- Those parts qualified but having experience in selling building materials to a distributor network will also be considered.
- The selected candidates would primarily be required to develop the field distributor activity of the company and supervise the field sales force.
- In addition to consolidating and developing sales of existing product, investigating new products opportunities, preparing, marketing and sales plans, compilation of budgets, advertising and promotional activities etc., will form an important part of the job.
