Hi, I need a freelance web programmer to create a site for a forum.

The forum should be created by you and can be similar like vbuletin,discuzz and so on. I just need a simple forum and not too advanced like those mentioned above.

Basic functions: Post reply, create new topics, registration, basic admin-ban user, add categories/boards, Edit member profile, view profile, etc.
Forum Level: Category-Boards-Posts
Design: Simple and nice
